Marking ten years of its presence in India, Japanese car manufacturer Honda launched new variants of its flagship sedan, City, with more features.
The 10th anniversary edition of the Honda City ZX is packed with many safety and luxury features including advanced braking system and airbags, besides leather interiors.
The four variants of City are priced between Rs. 6.80 lakh and Rs. 8.65 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Except for the top-end ‘V-TEC,’ the rest of the three variants would be costlier by Rs. 3,000 from the existing ones.

Speaking on the occasion, Honda Siel Cars India President and CEO Masahiro Takedagawa said: “We have had a highly successful ten years in India. Buoyed by the customer response, we are now preparing for the second phase of our growth and will be expanding our production and dealer capacities. As we augment our product portfolio, we will extend our presence into Tier II towns and cities.”

Honda Siel Cars India’s state-of-the-art manufacturing unit was set up in 1997 at Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh and the plant has producted 2.42 lakh cars, including City, Civic and Accord.
